Build on your summer season. Join us for a day of fun and learning at the Flip School.
Two hours on trampolines, dry‑boards, the spring floor and the foam pit, with video review. No membership required.
Quinn and Jack started exactly where your diver is standing right now.
Both of them started here — the same league, the same meets, the same boards your diver was on this summer.
Then years of it — on these trampolines, these dry‑boards, this foam pit. This is the step that doesn't happen by itself, and it's the one the Flip School exists for.
Stanford and Indiana. The Olympic Trials. The 2026 USA Diving National Team. Gold at the American Cup in April, and again in Bolzano in July.
Each mini‑camp stands on its own — come to one, come to both, come to neither and just take the free class.
Nineteen days after the meet — everything you built this summer is still in your hands.
One week before 15 May — the date that sets your age group for the whole season. Show up to your first practice already sharp instead of shaking off nine months.
No. A mini‑camp is a dryland class, not a dive team — no membership, no affiliation, no registration with anyone. Year‑round training is a separate conversation, with real league rules, and we'd walk you through it first.
Wear athletic clothes you can move in. Arrive ten minutes early. We provide everything else.
There's no online checkout for the mini‑camps — with eight seats we'd rather talk to you. Tell us your diver's name, age and summer club, and which Saturday.
