Kirtley is an ACE certified personal trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and a Master's degree in Health Education.
45 Minute Sessions: $50
10 Session package: $450
Call or email today to schedule an orientation meeting. Please be sure to print and fill out the Health History Questionnaire, PAR-Q and the dual waiver. You will need to bring these with you to the orientation meeting.
